"Game Improvement through a team of accredited golf knowledge

I would like to invite you to a great golf opportunity: Through a lifetime of networking, and my success as a player I have had the opportunity to work with several innovators to the game of golf. I have invited two of these innovators to Conquistador, to help players develop the most important aspect of scoring, the short game. Marius Filmalter, Scott Robbins, and myself will be hosting three days of golf schools, as well as a three day junior golf program, July 6-11. The classes will be split into a focus on putting in the morning and chipping in the afternoon.

Marius Filmalter    Marius Filmalter
  • Short game instructor to many PGA, LPGA, and Champions Tour golfers which include Tiger Woods, Ernie Els, Mike Weir, Hunter Mahan, Chad Campbell, YE Yang, Ryan Palmer and Trevor Immelman to mention only a few. He is an inventor of the SAM PuttLab and the TOMI putting system, which scientifically captures the most important parameters of a putting stroke. ( www.tomiproseries.com )
  • Marius has devoted the last 20 years studying and researching the performance of golfers, in particular the fine motor skill movements utilized in the putting motion. He has measured and analyzed more than 500 professionals and countless amateurs to establish the criteria for a successful putting stroke.
  • Marius received the 2009 Golf Magazine Innovator of the year award and is writing monthly articles for Golf Magazine.

  • PGA Member and currently Director of Instruction at D.A.’s Golf Learning Center in Plano, TX.
  • Since 2006, Scott has been Golf Range Magazine Top 50 instructor. He was nominated for Golf Magazine’s Top100 in 2006 and 2008 and has been top 400 and top Regional teacher since 2000. In 2000 Scott was named Northern Texas Metro Chapter teacher of the year and subsequently named the Northern Texas PGA Teacher of the Year.
